Cancelation Policy

If You Change Your Booking

Change of date is only allowed within the same calendar year, and always subject to availability. If you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way, after your booking confirmation has been issued, for example your chosen date of departure or accommodation, any possible changes made are subject to availability, and THE OWNER will do its utmost to enable these changes, but it may not always be possible. You should be aware that these costs can increase the closer to departure date the changes are implemented.

If You Cancel Your Accommodation

Cancellation more than 60 days in advance: If the guest cancels the reservation at least 60 days before the check-in date, they will be refunded 100% of the total amount paid to date

Cancellation more than 45 days in advance: If the guest cancels the reservation at least 60 days before the check-in date, they will be refunded 50% of the total amount paid to date

Cancellation within 30 days: If the guest cancels the reservation within 30 days of the check-in date, no refunds will be issued.

No-Show Policy: If the guest fails to show up on the check-in date and has not previously canceled the reservation, no refunds will be issued.
